Open the chat bubble in your account lobby to reach our support team. We respond to account and legal questions during your session; support hours are 07:00–23:00 Indonesia time, seven days a week.

Email support

Send formal requests, disputes or data-access questions to our support email. We aim to reply within 48 hours. Use email for documented records of your inquiry.

Account settings

Update your contact details, review your verification status, and check your transaction history directly in the Settings tab of your account. Changes take effect immediately.

How we handle your information and keep your account safe

Data retention

We keep your account data, transaction history and verification documents for the duration of your account plus seven years after closure, as required by regional financial regulations. You can request your data in a portable format.

Withdrawal verification

Every withdrawal is verified against your deposit history and account balance. Withdrawals to DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS usually clear within one business day. Bank transfers may take 1–3 days depending on your bank.

Payment security

Deposits and withdrawals are encrypted end-to-end. We never store your full payment details; only your verified DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS handle is saved. You authorise each transaction directly in your payment app.

Login protection

Your account is protected by password and optional two-factor authentication. We log every login and unusual activity on your account. You can review login history in your Security settings.

Dispute resolution

If you dispute a transaction, report it to our support team within 30 days. We investigate with your payment provider and your bank to resolve the issue. Documentation is kept in your account.

Your access rights

You can download your account data, transaction history and verification documents at any time. You can also request updates or corrections to your personal information through Settings or by contacting support.
